Everything was exceptional except the Wi-Fi like the Wi-Fi wouldn’t let your videos play but the breakfast was amazing could have been a little warmer but other than that I loved the facility was clean the only issue is the maid was deaf she never came in and gave us fresh towels or made the beds she did knock on the door but due to her being deaf we couldn’t communicate with her but anytime I’ll call downstairs Derek the front desk clerk went above and beyond he bring me more sheets fresh towels daily anything I called Four he delivered. Derek deserve some kind of recognition like employee of the month because he went above and beyond

The staff was excellent I needed two extra nights but all hotels was booked due to Jackson State and Alcorn game and they made me aware of immediate cancellation so I could stay, omg housekeeping was everything whatever you needed when you needed it and if housekeeping wasn’t in the building the front desk workers accommodated me. I felt safe and comfortable the beds was so soft and comfortable, hot water in the shower, restaurants all around. I really enjoyed my stay.

The location cause everything was close by. One more thing they need to put some air freshener in the room like some plug ins are something to make the room smell a little better. Also me and my husband had a baby roach crawling on the wall other then tht the room was okay.

Room was ready on arrival, staff was all so very helpful, breakfast was very good - appreciate that you had it. Based on your new cleaning policies, we did request used towels be picked up and clean ones brought. That was done.
